The September issue of House Beautiful features a 1930″s Long Island home with colorful interiors and dashes of Hollywood Regency and the Far East.  The home owner really pushed for these interiors and I have say I love them all.

I’m loving the acid green walls in this living room designed by interior designer Catherine Brown Paterson

The home office is cheery with bright orange walls with upholstery in Trina Turk and Lilly Pulitzer fabrics for a vibrant vibe.

The dining room is striking with fuchsia chairs and draperies and the Clarence House Flower Quince wallpaper is to die for, love it!

The kitchen is bright with yellow touches as the kitchen cabinets offer a color break to ease the eye. Loving the bamboo ceiling light above the dining table and the bar-stools.

The powder room has a citrus-yellow wallpaper in a bamboo print. So pretty and fresh against the dark counter top.

The master bedroom is in a favorite color “aqua” I just can’t seem to tire of it and it makes me happy. I love the darker aqua colors within the room and the window treatment fabric.
